Workout

I’m very proud of myself to be continuing my fitness journey with my 3-4 workouts a week. So 2 friends and myself have started working out together in the park 2-3 days a week. We conduct our own HIIT session complete with a timer, speaker with music and equipment. It’s been pretty great thus far. The app that we use to time ourselves is the Seconds app. We usually set it to “Rounds” with 5 rounds, 45 seconds per exercise and 10 sec breaks in between.

Need a start to your own workout routine? Try this HIIT session at home, the gym, or wherever you decide. This is one that I came up with and though you may feel like you are dying at some point, trust me when I say it’s doable and you will survive.
