Thoughtful Gesture

I always appreciate when people not only think of me but also of one of my loved ones. People everywhere have been sending up prayers for my mother as well as paying her visits. Today one friend’s thoughtful gesture touched my heart. He sent her flowers telling her how great of a friend I am and how I was there for him during his recent tragedy and it’s the least he can do to return the favor… I got what old folks call “full” after reading the note and assembling the flowers. Some people really know how to make someone’s day. It’s sometimes the little things that mean a lot.
